This home has 3 bedrooms- Rental agreement is for the whole property, split between 3 housemates.

All bedrooms have their own private attached bathrooms.

Pets are welcomed with a $400 non-refundable pet deposit.

Security Deposit Required.
Security Deposit is equal to 1 months rent, due with 1st months rent before move in.

We invite almost all pets with some exceptions. In most cases, a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet is due before move in.

Can you walk to Mercer's main campus from this house?
Yes. It is an 10Â minute walk to Cruz Plaza.
Why is the rental price listed for the whole house and not listed/ divided up as each room having the same monthly rent?
The rooms in this house vary in terms of the size and location. We have found that after a tour, tenants develop payment agreements that best fit how they want to divide the space and the expected shared expenses.
Is there anything else included in the rent that I should know about?
Yes. Heritage Homes of Middle Georgia takes care of basic lawn maintenance and mowing as well as basic pest control maintenance. You will receive notification when possible to schedule both of these services.
